This is so gorgeous, I can’t take it. It’s a former corner store built in 1822, converted into a home in New Orleans. Shoot, it’s over $1M.

Isn’t this an amazing entrance? The one thing I notice about NOLA homes, is how they have glass doors and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Is there ever a problem with break-ins, or have I been in the city too long?

An arch leads into the living room from the center hall. Above is a lovely mezzanine and a high ceiling.

Isn’t that grand?

The kitchen is small, but fully equipped and so beautiful. Love how the green ceiling matches the green in the backsplash.

Beautiful exposed brick in the dining room. Love the fireplaces in all the rooms.

Bright orange guest powder room. Small, but stunning.

The mezzanine leads to the bedrooms.

The upper rooms have access to the terrace out front. This room is being used as an office, but it could be anything.

Fabulous.

This is a nice, bright bedroom, but it’s not the main bedroom.

The 2nd fl. bath is lovely. 

The main bedroom is large and on the 3rd fl.

It has a nice en suite bath.

Beautiful private patio.
