The race between Rafa and Roger for world #1 is great right now. Rafa says he doesn’t care if he isn’t #1 but that seems hard to believe.

Sorry I haven’t been posting much lately as I have been busy. Seeing the str y about Rafa in Tesco yesterday getting help from a fellow shopper made me want to doodle this, so I hope you all enjoy it.

Fierce competitors, friendly rivals, the greatest tennis bromance. 2017 has been the year of Roger and Rafa so far. Written off by commentators, they have battled for tennis’ biggest crowns and shown that the old guard is not quite ready to give up the ghost just yet.
PS: have been taking a hand lettering class. Its fun. I may think of some other tennis pairs to do lettering of. Are there ones you would love to see?

Apparently Uncle Toni told everyone in Australia that he was going to stop traveling with Rafa as his coach but uh, did not tell Rafa. Toni thought Rafa’s father would tell him but that didn’t happen either. Poor Rafa. Now does this mean we stop calling him Uncle Toni as well? He is not our uncle. Lol

I have loved the epic time travel show Doctor Who and professional tennis since i was a kid so I couldn’t resist putting both together in a doodle. Especially considering that the last time we had this particular final four group was Wimbledon 2008! Congrats to Roger and Serena on a fabulous championship. Are you glad Roger and Rafa are back to their former levels?

Poor Rafa, always being asked to take pictures with cute koalas when he is in Australia. However people are more on the lookout for a view of Serena’s engagement ring.
