作りたてはカプレーゼで、あとは冷凍庫に入れてすりおろしてピザ、キッシュ、ラザニアなどに使います！
Made mozzarella cheese! I put some in the freezer so that I can use it for pizza topping, quiche and lasagna some other time!!
