For all of you new followers! I work at a Renaissance Festival. This is the character I’ve played for two years now. Her name is Connie O'Donnell, and she’s a pretty cool Irish person if I do day so myself. She may be a traitor to the Irish people (since she works for the English Government) but hey, she has fun with what she does.

This photo was taken on the last day of faire. I borrowed one of the OLD tabbards that the old deputies wore and brought it out to the variety show. Since we needed a variety of Deputies. It was so much fun.

anyway life update i have decided to become a fairy ♀️✨
Nothing like living out a fantasy. I love the @texrenfest it always feels like transporting to another world. I get so spend time with great friends and dress up, how can you not love it? It was such a great #minimoon for @amriella_ and I before we go on our honeymoon at the end of the month.
I will be back again next year for sure.

A Lonely Princess Exploring A Magical Garden
In true dumbass fashion, I did not get any solo shots of my costume at the Ren Fest. I really need to be better about this stuff but I’m kind of awkward in photos so even though I really want nice pictures of my stuff, when my face is involved I just can’t get it to do what I want . Anyway, I’m super proud of this costume! If it’s not obvious I’m the Dread Pirate Buttercup, a little twist on the Princess Bride. Most people knew what I was doing although I got Zorro a few times?? Which was funny, I even had a little bottle filled with glitter marked “iocane”. All in all it was a good time and next year I will actually try and get some photos AT the event and not the morning after
Went to the Ren Fest today! So here’s some shots of the lewk. I made the corset, striped underskirt and shirt, hat is thrifted, belt is borrowed and I made most of my other accessories. My first job was at the Ren Fest when I was 14 and I loved it. Now I just like to visit and eat food and dress up in pretty things
Done! I’m so happy with my growth in making these! I definitely need to do more tooling!
