This fight would not be nearly as memorable (or sexy) if these two weren’t allowed to take a moment to compliment each other’s ability while performing complicated sword clashes.
Working on a cool design to put into my new fancy copy of The Princess Bride novelization. Meeting Carey Elwes again in a few weeks so I’m gonna have him sign it :3
In true dumbass fashion, I did not get any solo shots of my costume at the Ren Fest. I really need to be better about this stuff but I’m kind of awkward in photos so even though I really want nice pictures of my stuff, when my face is involved I just can’t get it to do what I want . Anyway, I’m super proud of this costume! If it’s not obvious I’m the Dread Pirate Buttercup, a little twist on the Princess Bride. Most people knew what I was doing although I got Zorro a few times?? Which was funny, I even had a little bottle filled with glitter marked “iocane”. All in all it was a good time and next year I will actually try and get some photos AT the event and not the morning after
