So many people still portray Rogue as cold and emotionless even though canon Rogue is literally the exact opposite. He’s probably the most overdramatic person in the series who has spent more of his screen time crying over Frosch than anything else, has been shown to be easily provoked, and is genuinely a kind and happy person who loves his friends. Yeah he was “emotionless” in the beginning but so was every other member of Sabertooth especially Sting. In fact Rogue was shown to have the MOST compassion amongst his guild mates from the start between him sticking up for Yukino after she was kicked out and being the only one to not stay and watch Lucy get tortured by Minerva. So, this is apparently what 5 years do to you. Please don’t give up. Even when it feels like you’ve made no progress at all, you did. And this is why taking a step back and redrawing some old stuff is important.
