Today marks my fourth month living in the island. Thankful and grateful to @sadhana.siargao for giving a wonderful and a lovely place to stay close to nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city and of course a place for me to share and teach this wonderful practice called the Ashtanga Yoga Method.

We are excited to announce that we are finally resuming classes starting March 2nd! Patrick Santos will be teaching in Sadhana over the next few months and we are looking forward to seeing new and old faces in the shala!

Patrick was first introduced to yoga in 2006 while pursuing his Culinary Studies and fell in love with ashtanga yoga 7 years ago. He introduced Ashtanga Yoga in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Saudi Arabia and has taught in different parts of the Middle East. He currently resides in Manila, where he started Ashtanga Yoga Manila in 2017.

As a chef and an Ashtanga Yoga practitioner, Patrick hopes to unite his two passions: promoting healthy living through food and spiritual wholeness through the practice.

Patrick goes to Mysore, India every year for an extended stay to further enrich his studies at the Sri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute/ Sharath Yoga Center and was given the blessing to teach both the primary and intermediate series.
