8-Directional Sprite Tutorial Part 2 (Walk Cycle)! Animating in all 8 directions might seem like a daunting task, but hopefully following these steps makes it seem more manageable. =3

In this new tutorial I wanted to follow-up on the previous (Walk Cycles) explanation with a few tricks to give your character’s walk some added emotion. All of these cycles were made using the same techniques applied in the default walk cycle with various adjustments used to give the character more defined purpose.
