break a pencil/stick/paintbrush

rip up some paper/ burn it (if that’s not putting yourself at risk)

use some temporary tattoos

doodle on yourself

peel off PVA glue/a face mask (put on your hand, wait till it’s dried and then peel)

take a cold shower
