I want to thank you, for everything that you have done. Thank you for giving birth to me, thank you for taking care of me and thank you for all the sacrifices. 

But I want to ask you something; do you know what introvert means? Do you have any idea what it feels like to be one? 

Do you have any idea what it feels like to be wary, when you step out of the house? 

Do you have any idea what it feels like when you are surrounded by your “beloved” but still you don’t feel comfortable?

Have you ever feel like, when you are out in public you feel like everybody in this world is watching every moment?

Have you ever feel like, even tho you are wearing your best outfit but you feel like you are naked?

Have you ever feel like, when you are out in open but you still feel like you are suffocated in a tiny room? 

How many times you wanted so bad to enjoy life like other people, hanging out or having quality time with their beloved but you feel like you want to go back to your room ?

Do you have any idea what it feels like to keeping everything by yourself? dealing with your problem without telling any single soul?or even family secrets that you keep to protect your family?

Do you have any idea what it feels like to be body shamed or bullied by everyone in school and including your own family? and your family told you to “deal with it like an adult” or “Stop being a child”?

Do you have any idea what it feels like to grow up with your nanny not your parents because they’re too busy working to “feed you”?

Do you have any idea what it feels like when you are proudly showing your art work to you parents but they mock your art work? 

Do you have any idea what it feels like to be sexually abused three times when you are 3 years old by your older relatives, but all your parents did just give him “the talk”? 

Do you have any idea what it feels like to see your parents are very close with someone’s kids rather than their own kids? 

Or when you are at some point when you want to end your life hurting yourself, because you can’t handle it but at the end you’re still alive, do you know what it feels like? 

Don’t you dare tell me that Introvert is BULLSHIT, Don’t you dare tell me that “I’m just going thru a phase”, Don’t you dare tell me that everybody’s dealing with the same thing; Yes I agree that Everyone have their own problem but we have different ways to deal with it, Don’t you dare assume that I’m joining a gang, Don’t you dare make fun of Introvert people or everyone who’s struggling with their life! You should be ashamed, that people who struggle so much with their life didn’t make fun of you!

so please mother…… before you say anything, think about it first.
