She was born early in the spring when Snufkin came back (if y’all remember that one post @studyingmoominvalleyand@stormy-nights-are-best made about how moomins would reproduce asexually, then that is how Lycka was born! Snufkin and Moomin cuddled and suddenly bloop! There she was because magic :D )
She doesn’t need to wear clothes per se, and actually spend most of her childhood only wearing clothes inside the house since she didn’t want them to get dirty when going out to play, but as she grew up she started to use them more and more, and Mamma taught her how to make a wide array of dresses and such
Snufkin taught her how to braid her hair
She likes painting most! When she was little she’d absolutely go ham on anything she could get her paws on and fill it with doodles in no time
To keep Moomintroll from having to scold Lycka and constantly clean the walls, Snufkin took her to private parks and let her paint over signs and notices. Sometimes they even took some home because she wanted to keep the drawings

Moomin: Hey, where’d you find those flowers? Snorkmaiden: I got them from Mr. Hemulen! Aren’t they pretty? Moomin: Ohh, then I’ll go ask him for some– Sniff: Hey! Moomin, Snorkmaiden! Snorkmaiden: Oh, it’s Sniff Moomin: So it is Sniff: Oh, Snufkin’s here too? Moomin: What is it, Sniff? Did you want something? Sniff: Well, something like that! Since Snufkin’s here too, let’s all play ‘Green light, red light’!
