Alright. So, I did not want to do this. This is literally the last thing I wanted to do, but this douchecanoe won’t stop. Zeroyalpyro or Noah Ezekiel Perez as his skype name heralds, has a history of abuse and sexual harassment with minors. He does not take no for an answer. He does not accept it from anyone. If you are taken, engaged to your significant other or a minor, he has a history of sexual harassment and forcing people into scenarios where they have to write smut with him or he would literally kill off their character. This is blackmail at it’s finest.

I also have not one, but 4 confirmed sources telling me personally and floating around the blog of zeroyalpyro that while in private skype calls with him, Noah has masturbated during the call and has been heard orgasming. I repeat. He has masturbated over the speaker during skype calls. With minors.

Here’s your evidence:

The youngest victim I know of was 11. Eleven. A seventeen year old. Masturbating into a call. With an 11 year old. That can be and is considered statutory rape in the state of California, where Noah is from. I am working on getting in contact with the police in California and seeing what can be done. 

But Redfield, you ask, why didn’t these people speak up before? Are you kidding me? They’re kids and half of them don’t know it’s wrong and if they do, they’re afraid to speak up. So many people know and talk to Noah that they can easily be harassed and ridiculed into silence. Even after he admitted to being a harasser, people are still backing him up. 

Please note, that there is no real apology in his missive, just ‘I’m going to avoid and ignore what I did wrong and keep doing it to other people in hopes that no one from my past notices’. He has caused all victims PTSD from his actions because you don’t just get over a rape.

I am calling this what it is, and it’s rape. In it’s simplest form, this is rape. It’s not sexual harassment. Masturbating into a speaker on a call without consent from others in the call is rape. 

I used to be in a group roleplay for the corrupted creature hub, which was created by a lovely artist by the name of Ant. I called Noah out, personally, on several occasions. And he still kept at it. Long after our group disbanded because of his horseshit. 

And he openly admits to his actions here. Albeit, this was on his ezekiel-the-eternal-flame blog, but it is still an admittance. 

Also, while in the group for the corrupted creature hub, Noah would reblog people’s selfies with creepy comments attached. He still does it, and most people have responded unkindly to it. If he is so brazen as to masturbate over the speakers during a skype call with underage people, what makes you think he’s not doing it in private to these poor kids selfies? While it technically isn’t child porn, he’s still probably getting his rocks off to the face of an underage kid and that’s praying he didn’t convince any of them to send him their nudes. 

He needs stopped. He needs shut down and while I try and get in contact with the police, I need help getting him off tumblr. This is where all of you come in. I need you all to send an email to [email protected] with evidence of his fuckery and ask that they ban him from the site permanently. I encourage all of you to use your personal experiences with this douchecanoe as motivation to get him off of tumblr.

Noah Perez is a rapist who shows no signs of stopping. This is an official blacklist from a person who has roleplayed for 10+ years.  Report zeroyalpyro and ezekiel-the-eternal-flame for harassment and abuse. Shut him the fuck down.

On a social platform the gifs made by those special people who know how it leads to watching the show. The gifs interest them and make people go oh look maybe this is a badass show and I should watch it. And when you are then obsessed with said show, you are blowing up ratings, buying merch, telling more people… all in all Stations like syfy and showcase and I’m sure all the others who have tumblrs are sitting back int their swivel chairs thanking the lord above that they have other people doing their dirty work. 

Now there are people who google or search we heart it, and find a gif they like. Instead of going to the watermarked NAME on the gif they just post it themselves because hey why not post this witty gif and get notes and followers? Why? Because it’s 50 shades of fucked up. you walked up stole someone’s art and said it was yours (Posting it at all is posting under the guise that you made it) 

Tumblr also agrees with gifmakers on this. This is why they will take the post down and delete it from the blogs of everyone who has reblogged the stolen material. Don’t believe me? Ask the large number of people who no longer have my gifs on their posts. 

LONG STORY SHORT: We do credit the shows and movies by tagging them as what they are, the show/movie gets free publicity and from that free money. Don’t bite the hand that makes good content because then we bite back with tumblr support.

Ireally hate doing things like this, but this is the first response like this I’ve gotten, and it was pretty unwarranted. While I understand I do not watermark my gifs (out of wanting more people to properly use my gifs) I do expect people to follow my rules. Even if you are unaware of my rules, being told of them should be enough for you to understand that you should follow them – as a decent human. Right? Not hard to ask.

When looking through the Niels Schneider tag, a slow moving tag, I noticed riverdale–rpgusingmy gif in this post. Since it says ‘ DO NOT EDIT IN ANY WAY. ‘ on every single one of my gif packs, I figured I’d send them a message.

Even if you found it off google, even if google didn’t link back to my blog, if someone contacts you telling you you are violating their rules as a maker, the decent thing to do is just accept that you did, apologize, and correct the mistake.

I’m calling out the roleplay both for stealing, but also for being disrespectful and rude. If this is how they reply to something like this, I personally wouldn’t want to join a roleplay with admins who do this sort of thing. I will be contacting tumblr, but please spread the word if only so that people know this roleplay does not respect people’s wishes and that’s no environment any roleplayer should want to be around.

food assistance

If I may humbly yet boldly ask for help tonight, I do not get food stamps for 2 more days but this is my kitchen:

I feel avaricious asking for help. I can absolutely survive on that for two days. But I can’t deny it’s difficult and I am losing weight. Plus, at the risk of whining, I’m also going to run out of my meds before Wednesday (June SSI) and I haven’t washed clothes in two weeks– I need physical funds to do both.

My brothers are provided for though!! I made sure they have plenty. I will be going up their house to clean next week; I couldn’t yet because I no longer have a reliable vehicle. But I do always still think of, pray for, and care for them as much as I can, even if only remotely. They are family forever and I love them.

This month, the first without grandma, has been so difficult for us all. No one is eating or sleeping well, and posthumous expenses are getting scary, now that we lost grandma’s massively supportive presence and income both. We might not be able to keep the house. I thank God that he answered my prayers for this apartment, and I have offered it as refuge for my brothers if they need it (they do have many social connections, unlike myself, so they have options but I would never want them to feel unwelcome here).

As for me, I have the Lord, and those who love Him. In these difficult days God has helped me profoundly, most notably through all of you, whose generosity on my birthday literally paid my bills this month. I am so grateful for that I could cry.
