We went to see the new Sonic the Hedgehog movie at the cinema a couple of months ago with my friends and I must say, I am freaking surprised how good it was! So obviously, I just had to draw some fan art from this nostalgic video game series, just for old times’ sake (I am referring to the times when I drew Sonic fan art, A LOT, long ago, we don’t talk about it). My style has changed recognisably from those days and I’m very satisfied with how this came out! I really have improved my skills after all these years!

Hot take: Sonic is incredibly emotionally perceptive and knows when it is/isn’t appropriate to make jokes better than Tails does. He was working to lift the Jade wisp’s spirits and make them feel more comfortable, which is obvious as the Jade wisp participated.
