It’s fun to think about Kazuha and Dasha’s many similarities (in fact, their relationship is in a huge part built on the premise of “you are the only person in my life who fully understands me”, especially on Kazuha’s part considering that despite being liked, his peculiar way of being and more distinguished hobbies make him a bit of an oddball amongst the Crux crew) but it’s even more fun to think about their differences, the biggest one being holding grudges.
Kazuha simply doesn’t. He has legitimate grievances, yes, but as soon as he gets to understand the other person’s point of view and/or the issue is rectified, he simply lets bygones be bygones, seeing no sense in dwelling on the past.
Dasha on the other hand… boy, is she petty. She’ll hold a grudge over the silliest things and once you’re on her “bad vibe list”, it’s tough to get off it. But she’s also very non-confrontational so she just continues giving her “enemies” the stink eye from the distance absbdbdbf

Watch as I continue to disregard that Inazuma has its own written language… For all I care it can be like Simlish, meant to convey the general meaning while really being more of a stand-in visually resembling the actual language so they don’t have to write actual symbols. My canon now.
So here’s a fun fact, Dasha gets a slime companion for some time during her and Kazuha’s travels across Liyue.
She names it “Kazu Jr.” (“I’ve noticed that unlike some other slimes, especially Hydro - see, they are big on expanding their mass and can get quite aggressive trying to get the energy needed for it - Anemo slimes seem to be docile unless they feel threatened. That’s like you! :D”) and she lets it feed off her elemental energy - which, as previously mentioned, is higher than average.
Though as is in the nature of all things under the wind’s domain, it would eventually go its own way after growing big and strong enough to fly freely and sharing its last friendly headbutt But not before Dasha manages to give it a little collar with a plaque that says “Hi, I’m Kazu Jr. Please don’t kill me, I’m a friend!”
I dunno what it is about these two and loving each other’s hair but here we are
Ngl, Dasha takes great pride in her hair. She actually knows she looks better with it being shorter, but she keeps growing it out because she sees maintaining it as a great achievement.
Also guess I’ve embraced the fandom-given ship name for these two. Still using Kazuriya as an official ship tag but I suppose KazuDasha is less confusing since I mostly refer to Dariya by her nickname!
Upon further reading, Dasha does strike me more as ENFP-T instead, and there’s probably some margin of error considering how close she was to the 50/50. She classifies herself as more of an introvert though - she is very friendly and sociable, but at the same time feels at peace with being alone and social interactions do drain her.

… She can probably survive this on pure muscle mass and the amount of alcohol in her bloodstream, she’ll be fine–
By this point, Kazu and Dasha knew each other for 5 months. When they met, Kazuha had been with the Crux crew for only 2 months and while he managed to open up a bit, he was still dealing with a lot of grief after losing his friend. But talking to her?It came so easy. There was no question too intrusive, and they had a shared passion for the fine arts (amongst other things) no one in the crew would appreciate quite as much.
Perhaps that’s why Beidou insisted on keeping Dasha on the ship for the duration of her recovery instead of sending her away to a land doctor the moment she had the chance. She saw two people healing for the price of one and if Ningguang has taught her anything, it’s to never pass up on a good deal like that.

It rained yesterday and I had a thought about Dasha using her powers to shield herself and Kazu from the rain and just sitting and enjoying it together He finds the sound comforting and she’s absolutely crazy about the smell.
So I got on the topic of a Kazuriya opera date with a friend and they sent me this song, right? Saying Kazuha would be the titular Cecily in this case.
And in this scenario it does make sense for Kazuha to be Cecily since he does canonically frequent Yun Jin’s shows BUT I will not be over how other than that, the whole rest of it fits the other way round too and HOW DO I COPE WITH THE FACT WILL CONNOLLY IS IN FACT A PERFECT SINGING VOICE FOR KAZUHA, LIKE ????
Until we get a clip of Mark Whitten singing while doing the voice, I declare Will Kazuha’s singing voice. End of discussion. Now don’t mind me, I shall mull over the Be More Chill AU that spawned in my head from this revelation.

“They’re not that special…” She started to remove her gloves, fingers now exposed to the air. It was an odd feeling seeing as she normally had them on, and even odder that she was showing them to someone. Rarely did anyone ask for such a thing even if she liked to help around a lot.
