the fact that zatanna and m'gann tricked artemis and they didnt really summon wally as a ghost means its still possible that hes alive and stuck in the speed force. i will keep saying this until i die. even if they explicitlytell me im wrong. i dont care.
Maybe Nora Allen appearing in front of her son and taunting him had a little more impact if the Speed Force didn’t show up so much.
