I felt like making another sentai-based fighter, someone to be Miel’s inspiration. The Zangief to her Rainbow Mika, if you will. Based this guy’s design on White Ranger and the Green Hunter Beetleborg.
Silver Scarab, a fanatical actor/stuntman who adapted a character from a canceled sentai franchise as a persona to keep the legacy alive for the fans. Flashy, over the top, and a good sport.
