“I love adding in foot strengthening and hip stability work like in my first slide. I warmed up with this and transitioned from toe stand to half moon pose and then to revolved half moon pose (which are amazing hip opening yoga balance poses). The use of the bells adds in the element of a starting point and home base so I can really focus on form.

Now go give your hips and feet some love and try this… and add in the other work too! ‍♀️”
