Nougetsia Bramblestain is a minor supporting character in the Wreck-It Ralph franchise. She is a recolour/palette swap of the character Adorabeezle Winterpop. She appears a few times in the Sugar Rush racing scenes, but does not appear at the end and also does not appear in the sequel, Ralph Breaks The Internet.

I’ve been asked to draw a few Slaughter Race outfit variations for Vanellope, here’s the first one. (I haven’t designed the outfits, just drawing her in them.) It’s fun to imitate the CGI look with my PS brushes.
