LOL!! Between the look on Vegeta’s face, and the way that line subtly calls out the fact that being a super Saiyan isn’t as rare or as difficult as Toriyama / the anime writers once said it was, I was rolling! The fact that he actually says the words “bargain sale” - absolutely hilarious!
