I let Yiuna sleep in this sketch as I finished past 4am.. Some days hurt more to get through than others, and sleep is release I think a lot of us need more of. I release a lot of life pain in writing AiB and art, which I think a lot of other creatives do as well.

In my head, I have always envisioned Zero as a mess. There was always so much work to be done in my life, and I imagined it’d be nice to be smart enough to get away with being more lazy - just naturally taking less time. Zero definitely gets away with it at times. When I was designing his character, I knew I couldn’t leave any main character without some big flaws (esp. if they’re good-looking, hahah). Slowly transitioning to semi-realism in my art as I gain skill..hoping to draw decently enough to illustrate Angel in Bondage’s highlight scenes and character sheets soon. I feel too pressured to draw main characters seriously for now; all current images of Zero, Yiuna, and Rina are in beta mode and are just approximations.
