½/2022 ~ Haven’t been gardening this winter, but I do have this Komatsuna left over from last year it’s thriving! Looks a little beat up after the storm.

10/30/21 ~ Long time, no post! Haven’t done much gardening, just cleaning up! I left this one Cayenne plant to let them dry on the plant though! It’s about time to start making my seasoning mixes with all my dehydrated plants! ☺️
9/9/21 ~ Getting a little cooler here.. still hot as hell though . Still hot enough to germinate my fall garden outdoors. Planted these babies in the raised bed today.
9/7/21 ~ That’s a huge Okra
9/6/21 ~ Cut the dying tops of my Thai Basil off. Can I gather seeds from these? Not sure, I don’t know what I’m doing. But I’ll figure something out.
9/1/21 ~ harvesting some herbs for drying today
8/31/21 ~ Dehydrating day, aaaagain. Today is Cayenne & White Ghost Pepper
8/29/21 ~ Dehydrating time again. I have so many Jalapeños
8/27/21 ~ Carolina Reapers coming through!
8/27/21 ~ Made some dinner with Tomatoes & Poblanos from the garden
8/25/21 ~ Yellow Pear & Tiny Tim. Drying some of my edible flowers on top
8/25/21 ~ And I have my second wave of Tiny Tims coming in soon! If I can keep the horn worms off
8/25/21 ~ The basil I propagated back in.. February? I planted one directly in ground & it’s thriving in my front lil garden!
8/25/21 ~ Front porch update. Things are messy but still thriving in late August
8/23/21 ~ Dehydrating dayy! I now have a full jar of Red Habanero
8/21/21 ~ Green bell pepper
8/21/21 ~ Burgundy okra is ready!
8/20/21 ~ Adding some White Ghost Peppers to the harvest this time!
8/18/21 ~ This is the last few days of harvesting I’ve been behind on dehydrating.
