Look at these panels.

Loid is a perfectionist, in his line of work he has to be because any mistake can cost him his life. Anytime a situation doesn’t go the way he played it out on his head, he beats himself up harshly and starts overthinking.

But thankfully Yor keeps him grounded, reminds him that he’s still human. She reminds Loid that what he wants for Anya is completely different from what Anya wants for herself. Yes school and grades comes first, but she’s still a little kid at heart and Yor wants her to have fun while doing it. Even though he may make these little mistakes when raising Anya, Yor reassures him that he’s still a wonderful father, “A perfect 100 points!”

Now look at Nightfall, while I do think her one-sided love for Loid is funny and tragic at the same time, I don’t think any real progress would be made for Operation Strix if she was his wife.

Look at these 2 panels, Nightfall is quick to criticize Loid for focusing his efforts on “playing house” with Yor, Anya, and Bond. But the core of his mission IS to play house because he’s a Father, Husband, Pet Owner first and Spy second. By this point he finally realized that and readjusted himself thanks to his experiences with Anya, Yor and Bond hence why he seemed a little angry when she calls them “accessories” because that’s how she sees the family “accessories” to the mission.

Compared to Yor, Nightfall’s approach to motherhood would no different than the very scientists that caused Anya to have her telepathy. “Give me results, I want results. You’re just a means to an end, I could care less about what you want. It’s about what I WANT and I HAVE A DEADLINE TO MEET.” In the end Anya would hate school more and it would just bring up bad memories of those scientists, causing her overall well-being to plumment and the mission to fail before it could gain any traction.

It’s why Yor and Loid work so well. They may not be the perfect parents but they work so hard to give Anya the childhood they both couldn’t have when they were younger they understand what works and what doesn’t and learn from their mistakes. Aside from being good parents they also strive to be the best fake Husband and Wife to each other. They lean on each other for emotional support and reassurance even when they doubt themselves.

Although they deny it with every fiber in their being but they love each so much. Because this they’re able to devote themselves even more to reason why they became a Spy/Assassin with clarity.

The way Twilight and Yor complement each other cuts to the bone. Simply, one strengthens the other’s weakness, no matter how different they are. They are both Not a ground wire, reminding them that “they can be better”. They do not idolize themselves, but instead recognize the high and low points. The biggest difference between Yor and Nightfall is that the one is capable of generating a change in Twilight, it gives her the necessary ingredients to be a family. Because in a family you don’t need to be “perfect” but to improve by real and deep love. And that is the love that Yor delivers, a love based on effort to be better

someguywithglasses:

A running theme within the Forger Family is that while Loid fully understands that his Family is a front. Yor over time has tends to forget that her marriage and family are fake.

This particular moment sticks out with me because Yor looks Loid dead in the eyes immediately after he reassured her that she’s doing fine as a mother and said “I’m really glad I married you Loid.”

No mention of “as part of our arrangement” or “because I can continue my contract killing job.” just Yor telling Loid that she’s genuinely happy and fortunate that she got so lucky to marry someone as understanding and endearing as Loid.

During the Bond Introduction Arc, when Anya read Bond’s mind of him seeing the future, this panel perfectly describes how Yor would feel if Loid suddenly died and left them both alone.

Throughout the Manga the lines between real and fake blur for Yor just as quickly as it did for Loid.

When the Cruise Arc happens and Olka asks if Yor’s family is just a cover for her real job, it’s a harsh reminder to her that they still are still a fake family. Yor completely forgot that she’s with them out of circumstances and you can see the hurt and sorrow in her eyes of that reminder

But as long as she is able to go home to Loid and her family, then who cares if her marriage and family is fake? Who cares if she has to drop thousands of bodies? As long as Yor can keep them safe from her line of work and go home to them, that’s all that matters.

Yor has always loved the fact that Loid has always been supportive of her in what she does since the very beginning, always looks to him for approval and support. Yor’s motivations as an Assassin are so similar to Loid’s motivations as a Spy that it allows her to do what she does with no regrets and she knows Loid would understand and respect her decisions at the end of the day because as she puts it:

iceicevaguely:

This as the Forgers:

The elegant, flawless parents and their “strange little alien sock puppet” that they are very proud of

iceicevaguely:

My favorite thing about Yor and Twilight is that both their jobs are designed for cut-throat perfection. There are no in-betweens, no excuses or second chances where assassination and espionage are concerned. Which is why seeing them both warm up to parenting is so wonderful.

They both make their fair share of mistakes, whether it’s running out of patience or simply being at a loss on how to deal with a child of Anya’s age and temperament.

But at the end of the day, they end up being the two most important people in Anya’s life without even realizing it because they keep trying.

They acknowledge their flaws but more importantly they try to fix them and grow from them - for both Anya’s sake and each other’s.

They know their circumstances are far from perfect. They know that they are far from perfect. But that doesn’t stop them from wanting a happy childhood for their daughter - and really, isn’t that the best any parent could ever want for their child?

One of my favorite things about Loid is that he reads the all of the Spy Wars manga for literally for no other reason than to be informed on what his daughter enjoys

Post-sex with Loid Forger is truly blissful.

Normally, you can never catch him off guard. He’s expecting the unexpected at all times— even in his sleep, you recall, from all the times he fully wakes up when you merely shuffle in bed next to him.

But now, with sweat seeping from his skin, making the strands of his pretty blond hair stick to his forehead, his eyes are closed in peace. His breathing has evened out from shallow gasps, muscled chest rising and falling at a steady pace. You stroke his cheek and he moves into your palm lovingly. A part of you feels bad to ask him now when he’s feeling quite domestic, but you know you won’t have the confidence to tell him any other time.

“Loid.”

“Hmm?”

“…Why don’t you ever let me be on top?”

Blue eyes flicker wide open to gaze at you. “Huh?”

“W-well…” Your hands drop to the sheets, fiddling with the seams, as if that could hide your furious flush. “Every time I’m on top, you flip us over.”

“That’s not—”

Everytime.”

You watch as he reflects, his eyebrows knitting together slightly in concentration. “D’you not like it when I take over?”

“Well, of course I like it.” You giggle at the bluntness of his question. “I just want to be in control the whole time, one time. So… would you let me?”

Loid stills. He hates feeling out of control, despises when his missions go wrong because of the stupidity of others. But he also knows you won’t do anything he won’t like. You know him better than anyone, and he trusts you, fully.

He reminds himself this as he tugs at the binds around his wrists, keeping him pinned to the head frame of the bed.

“Does it hurt?” You ask, fingers trailing down to trace the dips of his abs, easing his tensed muscles.

Loid is about to scoff out a “No”, but you’ve lowered yourself onto him, slipping his length into you in one quick motion. He groans loudly, embarrassingly loud, and his wrists ache in pain from wanting to cover his mouth.

“Fuck.” You flutter around him involuntarily, making him gasp. Loid curses himself. How can he lose his composure this quickly? It’s not fair, really, how you’ve got him like this, beading with sweat and straining in complete pleasure, and you’re not even movingyet—

You rise up on your knees and swiftly drop back down, repeating the motion until you find a steady pace to work with.

“I-is this okay?”

Loid faintly processes what you’re saying and nods, in fear that he’ll bite his tongue off if he attempts to formulate any words. Your pretty tits hang over his face, bouncing with every grind of your hips and enticing him to lean up as much as he can to wrap his lips around one of your peaks.

Ah, Loid—”

He sucks hard to muffle his moans, rolling your nipple against his teeth. You noticeably shudder, slowing down your motions to arch your back.

Loid takes it as an opportunity to plant his feet into the bed and thrust upwards.

“L-Loid!

You grasp onto his shoulders, whining at the feel of him throbbing inside of you. “No, you have to let me do it.”

“But isn’t this so much better?” He thrusts up harshly at this, watching tears immediately prick your eyes in pleasure. He does it again and again, watching you turn to putty in his hands— his tied hands— and it makes a twinge of pride run through his veins.

And then he stops, giving you a chance to breathe without the brutal force of his cock. When you look at him confused, he raises a brow back. “Go on.”

“But…” You try to grind on him again, but it doesn’t feel the same, especially not after that. Loid knows this too, eyes glinting in success. Before you can even ask him, he’s above you, the ropes tying him undone, his cock kissing your cervix as he pushes in deep. But you don’t complain, not at all, because you always like it when he’s in control.

ML x SxF

Twilight is in possession of the Ladybug Miraculous, a jewel that Westalis doesn’t give to people lightly. Here’s the thing, though: Not only does it give the person wielding it the ability to transform and obscure their identity, but it also draws them inexplicably toward the Cat Miraculous.

Though he has the Miraculous in his possession, his next mission will be entirely unlike his others: The Miraculous will be a simple tool in the journey toward the goal. His mission is to use a fake family in order to infiltrate Eden Academy and get close to Donovan Desmond. And for this, he needs a family.

It’s a total coincidence, of course, that he ends up finding Yor Briar to be his fake wife. And she agrees for no reason other than to help her own goals, obviously.

Slowly, as his goals get more and more convoluted, more and more intertwined, Loid finds himself transforming more frequently. Which should be fine, because his identity is perfectly concealed, except –

The Cat Miraculous, long thought lost forever, has a new holder. And she’s an assassin for the Ostanian government. As things get more convoluted, more and more difficult, Loid keeps running into her, and she keeps causing him trouble.

The one good thing is that he seems to have avoided her in his “civilian” life.

(Right?Right?)

Anya, of course, is still a telepath.

Continuing the theme that Anya knows literally everything, she discovers the kwamis in the house, despite their best efforts at hiding.

Of course, Anya tells nobody about this discovery. But she nearly outs herself this one time by drawing the kwamis on the wall.

The entire situation is both high amusing but VERY stressful for Tikki and Plagg lol.

Loid can’t just have a normal day huh-

Turns out his brother in law is secret police…yay

Yuri and Yor are truly siblings they’re exactly the same.

I love him he’s so crazy.
