Remember, The Barkana is a limited edition tarot deck! If you pledge in this Kickstarter, you’ll be getting one of 1000 copies—which is all I plan on printing, ever.

There are only three days left in the campaign. Visit this link to get your copy.

(P.S. For UK backers, don’t worry! There will still be decks available after this campaign for you and others who missed the Kickstarter.)

Color, vibrancy, and brightness is really what makes this deck what it is. It’s so easy to arrange cards, or even the full deck, into rainbow order (and it’s practically addicting to do!).

I also wanted to take a moment and share an important piece of symbolism behind this project—the card labels. They’re each dog collars, which is meant to represent the bond between humans and our favorite furry creatures.

Collars symbolize the connection between a human and dog and, personally, I think that’s something to celebrate. Dogs bond with us and we bond right back with them. They trust us to keep them safe on walks, and we make sure they avoid hazards by staying connected with this simple piece of fabric.

Collars are also a way of communicating with our dogs, like which direction we’re heading. Tarot is a method of communicating with our intuition!

The labels were one of the hardest parts of this project, as I wanted to make them special and symbolic, rather than just having text overlaid on the illustrations. So, this is the result. Hope you truly enjoy knowing what went into this decision!

P.S. The Barkana is only on Kickstarter for a few more days! Get your copy of this deck there while you can~ (Link here!)
