#BobsBurgersMovie, only in theaters May 27. “The Bob’s Burgers Movie” is an animated, big-screen, musical comedy-mystery-adventure based on the long-running Emmy®-winning series. The story begins when a ruptured water main creates an enormous sinkhole right in front of Bob’s Burgers, blocking the entrance indefinitely and ruining the Belchers’ plans for a successful summer. While Bob and Linda struggle to keep the business afloat, the kids try to solve a mystery that could save their family’s restaurant. As the dangers mount, these underdogs help each other find hope and fight to get back behind the counter, where they belong.

The Bob’s Burgers Movie was so freaking good. Not sure what I expected but I loved it. I will admit I’m surprised some characters were only in it a little or not at all, but then some showed up dancing in the credits lol. Still really fantastic, especially the animation like damn.

The Bob’s Burgers Movie(2022)

This is a Movie Health Community evaluation. It is intended to inform people of potential health hazards in movies and does not reflect the quality of the film itself. The information presented here has not been reviewed by any medical professionals.

The Bob’s Burgers Movie has two scenes with a green handheld light that flickers on and off, causing brief but severe strobe effects. Attention is drawn to this light before both instances, which take place inside a sinkhole. One of the first shots of the film is of a flickering light at night.

There is a car chase in this film, but in the traditional animation style, the motion sickness risk is extremely low.

Flashing Lights: 7/10. Motion Sickness: 1/10.

Saw the bobs burgers movie, it was pretty good.

I was expecting it to be like the simpsons movie, where they didn’t really refrence any of the past episodes so you could go into with out ever having seen an episode of the show before.

But they actually did vaguely refrence a few of the past episodes in it! You could definitely still follow the movie with out having seen the series, but there are a few character introductions and stuff that might seem out of nowhere if you haven’t seen it. And the pay off of the main story line only really hits hardest if you’re a fan of the show.

Louise’s story arc is pretty solid I think. Bob and Linda kinda get shoved aside in favour of the kids for a while but the show is kinda like that too sometimes lol. Tina’s story line kinda just retread familiar ground and Genes felt so tacked on that I kinda wish they just hadn’t given him an arc at all.

Edit:actually I was being too huffy about genes arc. It’s fine that it was just filler. Wish they had incorporated it into the main conflict more though

There was fast paced action and intrigue most of the way through, with just one scene in the middle that felt liked it dragged on a bit.

If you’re a fan of the show you’d definitely enjoy and if you haven’t seen the show… you might want to watch a couple episodes first lol. I’d recommend the two part season four finale
