The Bob’s Burgers Movie(2022)

The Bob’s Burgers Movie has two scenes with a green handheld light that flickers on and off, causing brief but severe strobe effects. Attention is drawn to this light before both instances, which take place inside a sinkhole. One of the first shots of the film is of a flickering light at night.
There is a car chase in this film, but in the traditional animation style, the motion sickness risk is extremely low.
Flashing Lights: 7/10. Motion Sickness: 1/10.

The Ice Storm ~ Ang Lee (1997)
I don’t think there are too many Thanksgiving themed movies out there that are actually good. One exception for me, is Ang Lee’s 1997 masterpiece, The Ice Storm. Set in the early 1970s, a time when liberalism and sexual experimentation were starting to define the decade, the film follows a New England family over Thanksgiving week as we see their environs literally freeze over during a freak ice storm.
The Ice Storm is one of the best films of the 1990s and definitely one of the most underrated.
