In 1980 the Eagles, famous for “Hotel California,” “One of these Nights,” and at least a dozen other songs that you recognize, broke up. At the time Don Henley, lead singer, famously commented that the band would get back together “when Hell freezes over.”
14 years later in Irvine, California, Hell froze over. The band kicked off a world tour, aptly titled The Hell Freezes Over Tour, that would have the band traveling for the next two years.
The Eagles sold out arenas all across the United States, and were the first band to charge over $100 for a ticket to their concert. When you complain about skyrocketing ticket prices, blame the Eagles.
A live album was recorded while the band was on tour. Aside from live versions of the Eagles’ hits it also featured four new tracks (“Get Over It,” “Love Will Keep Us Alive,” “The Girl From Yesterday,” and “Learn To Be Still”) that were recorded in a studio, during the tour’s downtime. Hell Freezes Over, the album, debuted at number one on the billboard charts on November 8th, 1994.

Apparently Jackson has issued an apology after the NFL called his post “inappropriate”, and that was the end of the story? The post was:
So he’s quoting a mass murdering genocidal maniac, in hopes to call attention to racism? And now the world has forgiven him after one mediocre apology?
Oh, and Stephen Jackson chimed in to say that DeSean was “speaking the truth”
The Jews don’t forgive you, DeSean and Stephen. Hoping the social media world can spare some “cancel” juju on this guy right here.

Had to make this once we got the full band cast for the “Daisy Jones and the Six” miniseries on Amazon based off Taylor Jenkins Reid’s novel. I know some characters had more influences but most of the characters had one main inspiration and these were the ones I noticed. The casting director has done an amazing job as most resemble their real life counterparts and I’m sure the others who don’t but look like the book describes will have the personalities too.

The original Hotel California! Yes, the one that’s sung about in the Eagle’s song. This was pretty cool to see! It was recently renovated and quite small. My grandma talked and made friends with the owner, so we got a private tour of the pool area that only guests are allowed in and it was STUNNING!
TheEagles release their fourth album, One Of These Nights. It includes “Take It to the Limit,” one of the few Eagles songs with a lead vocal by Randy Meisner.
