What is going on with “The Elementalists”?

• <u>DIAMOND$: We had 95 diamonds worth in choices. That is almost ten dollars for ONE FUCKING EPISODE. I can’t keep up if they are going to make the chapters so expensive. <p> I know that there isn’t mandatory to buy the diamond options and I don’t have problem spending some money but PLEASE pixelberry, make less diamonds options or at least make the options cheaper.
• BECKETT: I am dating him so I am happy to see him and share moments but I have never seen, in the choices books that I had played, so many scenes in a row with just one Li. I am thinking in the others players who are dating the others Lis and how mistreated they should feel. PLEASE, pixelberry, be fair with all the Lis.
• DIAMOMDS SCENES: As I said before, we had five diamond scenes but I think some of those scenes could have been avoided or used in other chapter. Like spending time with Zeph or practicing sun magick. There was really necessary all those scenes?

okay so i stopped playing choices around 7 months ago because i moved abroad and i was really busy with school, my jobs and making new friends. The last time i played, TRR (best book tbh) was in its final chapters, the elementalist and PM2 just came out and we were just wrapping up AME. i have SO much catching up to do. I’ve been playing Ride or Die non-stop for the past two days (even tho its straight af i love it). i need to catch up with the new ‘It lives’, AME2 and both of the elementalist. Not to mention like the 7 other new titles that came out in the meantime. RIP wallet from now on lol. glad to be back! ❤️

Griffin sat at the edge of his bed with his hands clasped and his head hung low. 

Nothing really could’ve prepared him for this feeling. His eyes were stinging and his hands were shaking, despite his attempt of wringing them tightly enough so that they could just stop moving, and every part of his body wanted to go back to her and take everything he said back so he could just stop hurting in the moment, but he knew what he did was for the best.

It didn’t make him feel any better, though.

Disclaimer: These are annoyance that the participant of the survey have about Choices. I may or may not express the same annoyance, I am only showing results. I had many many answers and some are long paragraphs so I couldn’t display the results like how I did with the rest of the open responses. 

This response included many of the things that other people had wrote about when they referred to the books. From bland love interest to paywalled female LI. I have to add that MANY wrote about their distaste for Witness’s diamond option inside a diamond option. (Y’all really dragged that book through the mud and I couldn’t agree more). 

Personal Favorite

-Forced white male LI

-The lack of POC characters 

-Diamond choices are expensive

- There are integral information about a plot or character that would required players to spend diamonds to learn about. 

-Resources are being recycled (faces, hairstyle) 

-Fan favorite books would end to quickly or the sequels are put off

-Certain books are genderlock

But when it comes to the app in itself….

-The timer for keys are too long

-PB tends to listen to a certain demographic rather than the majority

-The 2 keys limit are to little

-There is a need for more diamonds to be obtained without paying

-Cash grab books (and you could definitely tell which ones are which) 

Although, some participants finds the fandom as an annoyance. Most people who gave that as an answer didn’t leave an explanation but one. Personally, I’ve never had a distaste to this fandom before but this response put me in a new perspective. I have to say that it could be controversial to some so if you somehow know who this person is, please don’t attack them in anyway. You could voice your opinion but please do so RESPECTFULLY.

As for myself, I’ve been on both ends of romancing the favored LI and the not-so favored LI. So needless to say, I am staying out of this debate. Hey everyone! As you all know, majority of the world is in quarantine. I literally have nothing to do and I have way to many time on my hand. I decided to start writing some fanfic although I have ZERO ideas let alone which pairing to do. Feel free to send a request and a pairing!

And so here Mr and Mrs Harrington are, 15 minutes before doors. With this many eyes on them, it needs to be almost perfect. Though they’re not too worried about the inanimate factors in the equation. It’s the first time that both their children bring a date, and with the slight trouble they had the first time around -let’s not talk about Bruno, okay?- they can’t help but be a little uneasy.
