So a few months ago I was commissioned to do this by an awesome dude named Wade! He has a big collection of superhero commissions spoofing the classic Coppertone ad with the little girl and the dog.
So yes, this is the Speedforce ripping the bum of Barry Allen’s suit off.
I’m really excited I could contribute to his collection with such a fun piece!

If you think I’m gonna break down now and tell you that one killed my parents and that’s why I have to do this job, I’m not, okay? I don’t need a deep, personal reason to hate metas, Allen. I just need to see person after person transformed, given these extraordinary abilities, and watch them be squandered. Robbing banks, hurting people, spreading fear. It’s just, well, it’s not just a crime. It’s an absolute waste.

Despite the racism that she continues to combat, Candice’s performance as Iris has been trail-blazing. Did she realize to the extent which her performance and character would become so important to opening up doors for other talented, amazing black women when she was cast?
