I think it’s really time I start making my protection magic a priority. It’s hard being me in an office every day with all these different personalities and unique energies. I really have to shield myself better.

Think I’m going to ask Eris for help.

Funny enough as I was writing this I had the image of Eris wrapping me up safely in her wings and then I began reading about shielding techniques where one of them suggested visualizing some kind of barrier between you and everyone else….you know such as a goddess and her protective wings!

Damn Eris, you work faster than Hermes! Didn’t even have time to properly ask you for help! And this is why I adore you and will never ever let you go! ❤️

I had my therapist cracking up the entire session so I feel accomplished now

You ever have those moments where you can’t stop thinking about the world, why we’re here, the ways we’re connected, what came before, what’s ahead, what’s important, past lives, the divine, death, cycles, art, and love but it’s all just too much at once so all you can do is cry?

I just bought some stuff for Hera randomly. Not even sure how it happened but it happened! Lol!

Apollo has to make EVERYTHING a teachable moment i swear!

So there I was, minding my own business, reading Demon Slayer when Apollo popped up right next to me and said

“Notice the emphasis of breathing in this series. How they train, how they advance their skills, how they learn and achieve, and how they survive all comes down to their breathing. Its a concept you should consider bringing into your own life”

And I’m sitting there annoyed because A) He’s absolutely right, like always, and B) I read Demon Slayer for the wholesome, the heartbreaks, and the hotties not for the life lessons so please let me be destroyed in peace, Apollo!

Me: I’ve come to the realization that I need ways to handle my anxiety that don’t involve avoidance or me running screaming towards it.

My Therapist: Not to sound cliche but have you ever tried any breathing techniques?

Me: Damn you, Apollo.
