As you may know now, KateSimblr and I were working together on a Dark Academia theme since early February.
I was working on creating, converting, and recoloring new CC around this theme we love and KateSimblr created a stunning dormitory in Britechester. If we were students there, it would be a dream!
Both parts are now available to download and play with and we wish you all to enjoy those new The Sims 4 contents =D

I fall in love with Jessica Roux Illustrations I founded this weekend *here* and thought it will look great in our simlish interiors for this season so I decided to create them for The Sims 4.
It is now available as early access on my Patreon and it will be publicly released this month on 29th Nov.
I made sure it will be easy and quick for us to decorate the top of the storage cabinet so I created as many slots for small, medium and large objects as possible:
It respects all the TSR standards and limits so it should run smoothly for everybody

We thought it would be great to create together a dormitory in Britechester with Dark Academia vibes. KateSimblr will create an amazing lot as soon as I have finished my part with CC. I can’t wait to share with you the entire collection!

Today I made a new version of the pergola arch which now allows your Sims to use it for weddings (base game compatible). Its size’s a bit bigger than the decorative one.
You’ll easily find it in-game in exterior activities with this thumbnail:
It is not the same file as the previous Romantic Garden - Pergola Arch so you can keep both in your mods folder.
