As you may know now, KateSimblr and I were working together on a Dark Academia theme since early February.
I was working on creating, converting, and recoloring new CC around this theme we love and KateSimblr created a stunning dormitory in Britechester. If we were students there, it would be a dream!
Both parts are now available to download and play with and we wish you all to enjoy those new The Sims 4 contents =D

I made sure it will be easy and quick for us to decorate the top of the storage cabinet so I created as many slots for small, medium and large objects as possible:

I’ve been busy working this month on an interior build set. It includes all of the items you’ll need to create that chic Parisian interior to accompany the furniture pieces I have planned for next month. Once again I have linked textures between similar items, so if you do download the unmerged file, you’ll need to make sure you have the textures file in your mods folder for all the textures to appear correctly in your game.
How many roofs do you want? XD Here are 4 different roofs style in 21 total swatches! :) I think these are perfect for old looking houses or cottages! ^^
I have not yet actually done any gameplay with Cottage Living. First CAS, then deciding I was going to actually build instead of plopping down a shell, wrestling with roofs, finally going to decorate, and deciding I NEEDED these wallpapers without wainscoting for the transition between floors by the stairs instead of just, you know, picking a different wallpaper.
All correctly tagged etc, all wall heights, both the left and right versions of the vine wallpaper (which was a fun discovery halfway through making these), same cost and environment score as the originals.
