Farmhouse ~ Entry - KateSimblr & Pine.and.home collab
Hello everyone
A month ago, @katesimblr,@pineandhome and I decided to collab together on a long term project about a beautiful Farmhouse
We will use Liz Marie andMcgeeAndCo as our references for this project.
We are starting this month with a CC collection for the entry and 4 items are already published as early access on my Patreon.
For now, I created the floor, the wallpaper, several rugs and the small cabinet that can also be used as a TV stand.

What are your thoughts with the new expansion pack? Honestly, I love it so much, I have been doing game play and I enjoyed it. Anyway, this is my new build for the new pack.
I used some certain items from different packs including the cottage living and debug items.

Your sims can do a lot of activities in here including farming, raising insects, chickens, bunnies and birds. Also you can do stitching and knitting as well. I didn’t put a shed for cows and llamas bc I don’t find a perfect spot that it would fit. Also you have to make some little changes when you play Live mode bc you can’t use the planter next to the storage shed and inside the shed there’s a wood working table so if you want to use the wood working table and planter you need to move the chicken coop but aside from these everything else is working 100%.

Howdy!
I’ve recolored and unlocked the “hipster hugger” base game sofa. I’m big on florals and like the shape of this couch but haaaate that they only offer 3 plain swatches… So here are 24 swatches, some more cottage gore, some more shabby chic, some that fit neither of those categories.
Please let me know if you have any issues! I’ve tested with my game and didn’t have any problems.
