WandaVision gals meet the Wizard of Oz ladies. Based on Halloween Episode (Monica based on 3rd episode). . . Are you happy with season finale of “Wanda Vision”? ;]
Формально этому мультсериалу от студии “Мельница” делать в марафоне по сказкам Волкова нечего, потому что основан он на оригинальных книгах Баума. Но во-первых, мультсериал делала наша российская студия, а во-вторых, кое-какие мелкие элементы из сказок Волкова они все же позаимствовали, и даже главную героиню здесь зовут не Дороти, но и не Элли - а Долли. Вообще-то этот мультфильм я мог смотреть еще в день премьеры, но был жестко разочарован, что это оказывается не мой любимый кукольный мультфильм и вообще по Бауму, поэтому даже первой минуты тогда не смотрел. Это сейчас “Мельница” занимает уверенное место среди российских анимационных студий, а тогда “Приключения в Изумрудном городе” был их первым проектом и он чуть было не вышел комом. Во всяком случае, на анимацию в первых двух сериях без слез не взглянешь. Больше всего она мне напоминала кат-сцены из рисованных детских квестов 90-ых годов. К счастью, ко третьему-четвертому эпизоду дело заметно улучшилось. Озвучка местами тоже вымораживала, тот же голос Долли (с внешностью ей тоже не повезло, такое ощущение, что на ней аниматоры учились рисовать человеческие лица). За четыре эпизода авторы сумели охватить события первых двух книг Баума - “Удивительного Волшебника из Страны Оз” и “Чудесную Страну Оз”. И, если “Удивительного Волшебника” по понятным причинам еще можно принять за экранизацию Волкова, то с третьего эпизода начинается чистейший Баум - с колдуньей Момби, генералом Джинджер, Жуком-Кувыркуном, Козлами и, конечно же, Тыквоголовым Джеком! Мальчика Типа тут обозвали Томом, а еще призвали на помощь вернувшуюся домой Долли, хотя Дороти и не действовала во второй книге. Жаль, что дальнейших эпизодов не последовало - “Мельница” вполне могла бы экранизировать хотя бы основные книги Баума. Хотя почему они вцепились именно в Баума, а не в нашего Волкова - непонятно. Впрочем, я получил от этого мультсериала большое удовольствие - особенно от третьего и четвертого эпизода, так что не мне жаловаться. Тем более, что Страшила тут очень хорошенький и похож на иллюстрации Владимирского. Но на этом “Мельница” не закончила свои дела с экранизациями про Волшебную Страну и в 2017 году выкатила трехмерный мультфильм уже по мотивам “Урфина Джюса и его деревянных солдат”. Его-то я и буду дальше смотреть.

—Bueno, en pocos minutos dejaré de existir y tú tendrás el castillo para ti. He sido muy mala, pero jamás creí que una niñita como tú sería capaz de derretirme y terminar con mis maldades. Ten cuidado… ¡aquí me voy!
Ahora bien, todos saben que cuando hay una gran cantidad de estas flores, el aroma es tan fuerte que cualquiera que lo aspire se queda dormido, y si el durmiente no es trasladado lejos de ese perfume, lo más fácil es que siga durmiendo para siempre. Dorothy ignoraba esto; además, no podía alejarse de las brillantes flores rojas que había por doquier, de modo que no tardó en sentir caer sus párpados y tuvo la urgente necesidad de sentarse a descansar y dormir.

To specify I got the entirety of the books associated with the land of Oz, the Lisi Harrison MH books, and a combo book of both Alice stories
So yeh, I made it my dust to tackle the remaining Wonderlandians and some of the wizard of Oz stuff ^^ the MH books are purely self-indulgent and I just wanted to finish my collection lol
When Boq saw her silver shoes he said, “You must be a great sorceress.”
“Why?” asked the girl.
“Because you wear silver shoes and have killed the Wicked Witch. Besides, you have white in your frock, and only witches and sorceresses wear white.”
“My dress is blue and white checked,” said Dorothy, smoothing out the wrinkles in it.
“It is kind of you to wear that,” said Boq. “Blue is the color of the Munchkins, and white is the witch color. So we know you are a friendly witch.”
Dorothy did not know what to say to this, for all the people seemed to think her a witch, and she knew very well she was only an ordinary little girl who had come by the chance of a cyclone into a strange land.

During the rest of that day there was no other adventure to mar the peace of their journey. Once, indeed, the Tin Woodman stepped upon a beetle that was crawling along the road, and killed the poor little thing. He became greatly frightened at this and made many motions to Dorothy to relieve him, but she could not understand. The Lion was also puzzled to know what was wrong. But the Scarecrow seized the oil-can from Dorothy’s basket and oiled the Woodman’s jaws, so that after a few moments he could talk as well as before.
