I was super nervous, especially when I realized almost everyone there was an old farmer that looked like they could probably wrestle a bear without breaking a sweat. XD
And I almost hesitate to say I’m alive too enthusiastically since Pokemon Sun and Moon are coming out in ten days and I’m probably going to spend the latter half of November with my nose in my 3DS rather than online, but bear-wrestling farmers being adorable needed to be shared. :D

WORDPRESS DEBUT WAS A SUCCESS:
One of those days I wish I drank…I’ll drink some V-8. Anyway, I had estimated 20 views (and I kept Khalessi from burning down Laketown) but I got well over 100. I think this is my early birthday present. It has to be: I share my birthday with Beyoncé and so I’m quite sure I’ll be ignored the whole day as always.
Evenbefore my father’s Alzheimer’s he would come to my house and say, “Did you know it was Beyoncé’s birthday?” And I would say, “Yes, Dad. It’s mine, too.” And he’d say, “Really?”
Anyway, it was a good day. Off to the next adventure: Chicago (maybe) to meet my alter ego (Lee Pace). I’m still nursing a bruise from Monday and I don’t want to be away from my father too long these days. We’ll see.

- I wore a flowery shirt today and my 3rd year JHS girls showered with me compliments
- The 2nd year girls told me I looked “very Hawaii” (I’ll take this is as a good thing, lol)
- A 3rd year boy ran to me so he could tell me “I love 進撃の巨人!” (“Attack on Titan” - I had mentioned that I loved it on Wednesday)
- Whenever the previously mentioned boy saw me in the hall [and even at the end of class], he’d start humming “Guren no Yumiya” and I’d flip out from excitement/try to sing along and then everyone started laughing
- I’ve successfully recommended Paramore to one of my previous students (she’s in high school now).
