Yeah but in this world there is A LOT of people who absolutly doesn’t care about others, about how they feel, or what people told them about themself.
Did you see the others Avengers caring for Tony as he cares for them?
Have you seen them ask him how he is? How he feels? See when he’s hurt or sad? Comfort him? Do anything other than blame him for everything? No.
Tony instantly see when people are not okay and he doesn’t want anyone to feel bad about themself, he doesn’t want people to suffer for anything.
Tony deeply cares about everyone.
He pays attention to the people around him, how they feel. He wants everyone to be okay and happy. He’s always there for his friends, he listents to them, worries about them, helps them, supports them, comfort them. He loves them and wants the better for them. And he’s ready to do anything or sacrifice anything for them.
He even does little things just to makes them happy, like making personalized floors adapted to the need of each one of them on the Avengers tower, or making smoothies for them after the battles.

I love how Tony immediatly understands that Harley is not okay, that he’s being bullied at school, and how he immediatly gives him something to help him
He’s always so attentive to others, empathetic and compassionate
