Armored Lady Monday

this is my bard, Kuikatzu!

the tritons from the player handbook always seemed a bit too basic, when theres so much posibilities for fish themed people, so i made her a bit more fishy instead of a bluer human with some fins yknow

im quite fond of this lil design, shes an absolutely unhinged college of swords bard, a very selfish one at that only using bardic inspiration for herself, but she is trying to become a better person dont worry about it

A dark triton from an Eberron DND game, wielding a trident and wearing pale crab chest and shoulder armor. Tritons, unlike merfolk, are mostly humanoid, with blue-green skin, fins along their forearms and calves, and webbed hands and feet. Dark tritons have tentacles from the waist down.

This dark triton worships the Ancient Deep Ones (kraken), so I gave it more bulbous eyes, a ridged forehead and nose, and arcane runes carved into its skin.

Dark tritons are considered cursed, but maybe it chose this life for itself? The deep ocean is a scary place, folks ally themselves with whoever looks the most powerful.

another npc portrait - this is Feray, mentor to one of the PCs. to most, she’s a humble Forge cleric of Hestia. if she happens to also to be an ancient bronze dragon crafted by the goddess herself, that’s nobody’s business but her own

Αμφιτριτη

Amphitrite was the goddess-queen of the sea, wife of Poseidon, and eldest of the fifty Nereides. She was the female personification of the sea and mother of fish, seals and dolphins.
When Poseidon first sought Amphitrite’s hand in marriage, she fled his advances, and hid herself away near Atlas in the Ocean stream at the far ends of the earth. The dolphin-god Delphin eventually tracked her down and persuaded her to return to wed the sea-king.
Amphitrite was depicted as a young woman usually riding beside her husband in a chariot drawn by fish-tailed horses or hippocamps.

Τριτων

Tritonwas a fish-tailed sea-god, the son and herald of Poseidon and Amphitrite who stilled or raised the waves with his conch-shell trumpet. Triton lived with his parents, in a golden palace on the bottom of the sea. He is usually represented as a merman, with the upper body of a human and the tailed lower body of a fish.

King Belfalas Eldamar of Merlora | Lv 15 Eldritch Knight

Our Pieces of Eight campaign is coming to a close soon. We’re fighting our final fight, and I’m so proud of how far Bel has come. With the help of his friends he reclaimed his kingdom and now fights to make sure Merlora stays secret and safe.

Design for Belfalas’s mother, Queen Belaryn of Merlora. I sorta imagine that female tritons present with softer pastel colors while the males are more vibrant.
