Hello!

I’ve made this little shell to cut a little from creating content, and I wanted to share it with you !
It’s very small, and doesn’t have any bathroom, very practical isn’t it! haha

I’ve upload it to the galery of you want to play with it, redor it or buldoz it just for pleasure ! My Origin ID is Pierisim, you’ll just have to make sure the CC checkbox is active to find it and maybe have bb.moveobjects On too before placing the lot, just in case

For this little build I’ve used only EA content or CC of my own!

Indulge in a glamorous life with this collection of luxurious furniture and dazzling decor items. Redesign your Sims’ homes with modern bedroom, living room and dining room sets and help them live the good life that they deserve!

NOTES:

1) You can find EVERYTHING in the pack by searching for: “simsi45”or“glamour life”

2) Some paintings and sculptures provide emotional boosts to sims. See the item details (in the manual) for more information.

3) The modular sofa is completely functional, and can be assembled just like kitchen counters. (Make sure to turn auto-counters off to get access to all the pieces)

4) I added a ton (like A TON) of additional recolors on almost every item, so you can mix and match with ease!

5) Some items didn’t originally come with the pack (like the bamboo plants, the Gigatek TV and more) but I added them anyway as I thought they fit great with theme. I also included the hidden pre-order bonus rewards!

6)EVERYTHING has been playtested within the game.

Here is a little WIP project that’s been sitting idle for years, however I finally found some time to finish it!

This is the “Soma 44” PancakeKek Television" converted from TS2, edited, separated and recolored so it can become a fully modular set!
Included are 3 items: a table, a television, and a stereo that you can combine between each other or with other maxis items!

THE SIMS 4 IKEA HOME STUFF!
Now your sims can decorate their homes, with affordable, stylish furniture from IKEA. 68 brand new items, including sofas, beds, dressers, lights, decor: everything you need to make your home happy.


NOTES:

1) You can find everything by searching for: “simsi45″or*ikea stuff”

2)EVERYTHING has been playtested within the game.

3) I added A TON of custom recolors so you can mix and match to your liking.

4) All items contain the original names and descriptions. Some prices have been altered so they can fit better, within the rest of TS4’s build/buy catalog entries.

5) I modified and added a couple *brand new* additional meshes (such as the KARLSTAD loveseat) to make the sets feel complete.

6) The pillows of the “KLIPPAN Sofas”, have been slightly modified because there was some clipping with the original meshes.(I also added a brand new mesh without the pillows)

7) The “EXPEDIT TV Unit” has been split apart. The TV and the unit are two separate objects. The Unit itself, acts as a bookshelf with slots to put clutter and the TV on.

8) The “FROG Plushie” is a brand new mesh (split from the LACK Shelf) to replace the “heart pillow” from the original pack. For some reason I couldn’t get the original pillow to work. Fortunately, frogs are cuter than hearts.

It’s time for some family fun!
Decorate and transform your kids’ bedrooms and make their dreams come true, with the brand new FANTASYandUNDERWATER themed furniture sets.

NOTES:

3) The lamps have been correctly vertex painted, so they light up properly when the lights are on!

4) I fixed the “Cloudless Castle Wall” wallpaper’s original texture, since it didn’t connect right with the rest of the set.

5) I added an additional wallpaper to the Castle Set, which is the “Dragon Wall Piece” but mirrored!

6) I added some additional recolors on some items, so they can match the rest of the stuff.

7) The masks provide emotional boosts to sims. See the item details below for more information.

8) “The Dragon’s Horde” slots have been fixed to properly sit on the dresser.

9) Updated some broken textures to look more crisp!

THE SIMS 4 HAPPY HOLIDAY STUFF PACK!
The holidays are here!
It’s time to celebrate and decorate with 27brand new holiday items including nutcrackers, snowmen, twinkling lights, festive plants and much more!

NOTES:

2)EVERYTHING has been playtested within the game.

3) I added A TON of custom recolors as most of the original items came with just one!

4) The ‘Super Stuffer Mantle Warmers"(stockings) come in2versions. One is wall-mounted (so it acts like a normal wall sculpture) and the second one acts as a rug so you can freely position it where you want it. (More details in the item’s description)

5) Some items have been left out from the original pack (such as holiday trees, windows, wreaths etc.) This is intentional as I thought we already have plenty enough similar looking items in-game, or they would simply look odd and out of place.

6)If you own SEASONS all of the items have been properly tagged and categorized as holiday items. That means they will appear in thecorrectbuild/buy catalog page and sims will be able to complete holiday traditions by interacting with

Today I bring you the “Luxury Sinking Device" (it’s the best name I could come up with)

This is a fully functional modular sofa, that can be assembled just like kitchen counters!

Make sure to turn off auto-counters to get access to all the pieces

NOTES

• Comes in 12 recolors!
• I’ve also included a premade loveseat to unlock additional interactions (such as napping, cuddling etc.)
• The original mesh pieces that I heavily edited were created by Wirapurufor TS2!
• There is no convex piece as the original creator didn’t make one, and I’m not that experienced to make one myself (yet). Instead I added a custom concave piece without the pillows!
• The original tuning file was made by the talented Menaceman44!
