Tsukioka Yoshitoshi 月岡芳年 (1839 - 1892) - aussi connu sous le nom de  Taiso Yoshitoshi 大蘇芳年.

Note : Tokaido Meisho no Uchi ou Les lieux pittoresques du Tōkaidō ont été conçus en 1863 par 16 artistes différents et publiés par 24 éditeurs différents. La série a été réalisée pour la commémoration du voyage historique du 14e shōgun 将軍 Tokugawa Iemochi 徳川家茂 (1846-1866) d’Edo 江戸 à Kyōto 京都 pour rendre hommage à l’empereur Kōmei tennō (121) 孝明天皇 (1831-1867 r. 1846-1867).  ces gravures sur bois constituent un document fascinant de la fin d'une époque, l'époque du Japon médiéval appelée période Edo Jidai 江戸時代 (1603 - 1867).
