Magic bear abilities

This is a poem from one of my poetry books. I did two poetry books. One was about the trauma itself, and in parts contains some very triggering sections. The second was about the healing. I want to make my poems available for free, but unfortunately, my computer with my original scripts of them crashed and I need to write them all out again which will take time.

The text reads:

“UNTOUCHABLE

Your harsh words are bullets that

Ricochet off my chest.

Your false apologies are knives that

Can’t penetrate my armor.

Your lies are vomit

That you can’t help but choke on.

Your hands reach out to me

But you can’t touch me anymore.”
