“The things I write about are just the things I’m going through, so I never really think they’re interesting. It just helps me process where I’m at if I can get the feelings out of my body and brain and turn them into something that feels kind of tangible or something I can share. I realized the more honest I was with my sharing, the more people were telling me it helped them in some capacity. And all I want to do is help people feel seen and connected and loved.”
FLETCHER has made quite a name for herself with three EPs and multiple singles on the charts. Her recent video for single “Healing” follows her latest EP, The S(Ex) Tapes, a collection of magnetic and moody pop songs about feeling like you‘ve found your forever person before you find yourself. The New Jersey born artist has been lauded for her confessional songwriting, which examines the intricacies of intimacy, particularly in the context of queer relationships.
