ID under the cut because it’s pretty long

[ID: sketches of papyrus from undertale in orange pen on white paper. there is one big full body sketch of him in the middle, and it is surrounded by smaller sketches, which range from a head, to half body, to full body sketches. the central sketch is of his battle sprite; one hand on a cocked hip pose, and it is faintly coloured in with colourpencils. to his right there is a sketch of his face, then him viewed from the side and throwing an orb. below that is a back view of him and we can see his capelet, and to the right of that is him gifting a bone to an invisible person on his right, out of frame. below that is him stomping his foot angrily, and to the left is him posing smugly while his capelet billows in the wind. there are 4 little unanchored faces that lead up to that pose. the leftmost is his neutral face, then another neutral face, then an angry face, and finally his neutral, slightly smiling face viewed from the side. we have reached the bottom of the central papyrus’s left foot, and directly above the line of faces is a capitalized word PAPYRUS. on the left of his legs is a bust of his battle sprite, with a word NYEH near his mouth. on top of it is a sprite of him getting electrocuted, and to the right of that is his shocked, charred face, and then his angry charred face. end ID]

Papyrus turns towards the park and walks away.

When he reaches the corner, he make a sharp turn. He leans towards the building and puts his hand toward his mouth. “MY GOD” he thought blushing deeply.

“WHY DID I SAY SUCH A THING TO THE HUMAN?”

WIP for a crackhead comic about skeleton inventory

Consider: Sans shows up to Snowdin from another world along with Papyrus, but soon realizes that this isn’t his Papyrus; it’s the one from this new dimension. He eventually assumes that the Sans of this world must be dead, so he continues playing along as “Papyrus’s brother” for his sake.

HOWEVER. Papyrus is going through the EXACT SAME THING. He’s from a THIRD PLACE. So now we have two skeletons thinking that they’re going undercover in this household

They’re both so concerned about being “believable” as their counterpart but it doesn’t matter because every time they display a trait that the original didn’t have, the other just goes “well maybe that’s normal for him in this universe” and doesn’t question it
