Wanda: It’s not criminal to be a girlboss
Uh was I the only one who thought that Wanda going straight from ’I’ll give up my family to free Westview’ to ’I’ll kill a child and everyone at Kamar-Taj’ was a little fast?
Not at all. Especially since the girl’s power could have gotten her to a universe without killing her. Especially since in one of the multiverses their had to have been one were their Wanda died and orphaned the boys. But no, they had the “what if they get sick?” so I need ALL the power! The only way this somewhat plays, is if the boys actually were sick and America was refusing to help because of the damage to the universes. Also, she’s this nuts over her fake children, rather than her actual brother or actual would be husband…WTF. I assumed it was going to be an alternate Wanda, not Wandavison Wanda who’d flipped her lid.
I get that she lost it over her kids. That’s a powerful connection, but I’m 100% with you on her going from giving them up to killing America to get to another world’s Wanda’s kids was intense. It goes back to this idea I see with a lot of characters in that there has to be a breaking point. The human mind, the human soul can only take so much.
But in the end she still got it and backed off, so why not seek out, as you said, a world where that world’s Wanda had died and she rescued those boys.
Also….. where was Vis in all of these worlds??
