Started painting my Death Korps veterans’ transport
it will probably come as no surprise to people familiar with my tanks but I had been thinking about scaling up this German camouflage for my Grenadiers’ transport
though, I wonder whether I should try to go in a different direction with the camouflage. But then, I don’t know what direction that would be

Those Citadel Miniatures people sure know how to make a model that almost fits together
In somewhat related news, I’m tempted to put the searchlight on the turret, as it seems to make logical sense to me, but it would make things quite busy

This time after the wash I decided to try dry-brushing the base color again. Was it worth the extra work? I don’t know

This came today. It’s ca. 1993, so right at the beginning of 2nd edition
Sort of surprised to see it was made in U.S.A.
Also, note the banner technique they advertise there; seems like one might just cut the colored one right off the box–I cut the banners out of my 3rd ed Dark Angels codex back in the day
