I see myself in this picture, and reminds me love is too much of a lie. I was a Tramp in love with this pretty little white face with the red button nose. She was my everything; I showed her the world and showed let her find the wonderful person inside herself, while she gave my life meaning and kept me safe from myself.
Years of devotion, and she needs a new thrill, and she wrecks my life to do it. Six years of love and sacrifice and a wasted wedding deposit later, all because she wants to be miserable, and make me the same way.
Here’s a drink of whiskey to you, Squeeks. I gave you my heart and you ran away with it. Wobbles will always be your drunken fuckup.
