The Barn Owl Spoon (2018) - Sold Carved in English Oak by axe and knife.
This spoon was inspired by a 10 minute long chance encounter with a young wild Barn Owl. I was so moved by the experience that I knew I had to capture the essence of it in a carving.
Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love this but also Leshy always says the woodcarver is “gigantic” during the game so in my head I went “who made the dead woman so massive”
