Making decisions is part of our every day life. But even though we make decisions on a daily, sometimes chosing one option over another can take forever.
I noticed that I make decisions more easily when I follow a simple framework. I ask myself three questions:
1️⃣ Who am I?
2️⃣ What do I want?
3️⃣ What were my recent successes?
What I love about this little framework is that it reminds you of who you are in the present moment, what you want your future to look like, and how the past has shown you already that you can achieve great things.
Whenever I have to make a (minor/major) decision this framework comes in very very handy.

You had this great, amazing, and exciting goal. You were pumped. You were thrilled. You were convinced that you can achieve it.
But now you are not so sure about it anymore and want to quit? ♀️
Maybe you are familiar with this emotional roller coaster and you might ask yourself why you are feeling this way.
First of all, let me tell you that what you are going through right now is totally normal.
It is totally normal that this initial excitement fades after a while. The goal that you have pictured so beautifully in your mind might collide at a certain point in time with reality.
Then, you might wonder whether you are good enough, smart enough, and brave enough to really accomplish this goal. You question your own abilities and the first idea that comes to your mind is giving up.
If you find yourself in this situation try to create some clarity. I hope that the questions in this post can help you to create a little bit more of it.
Become aware of what you want, why you want it, and most importantly become aware of how great you already are You got this!
