Description:You etch a series of runes onto the arch and cast the spell. from then on out that archway is connected to your network of Justiciar Portals. Whenever you cast this spell onto a new archway or an existing one in the network white light fills the archway, you then select another archway in the network and for the duration of the spell any creature may enter the portal and be teleported to the archway of your choosing.
