Still at my brothers place so I used a 20€ blender for this smoothie bowl. I kinda like it because of getting a super creamy bowl like I get when I use my blender, this greenish cream turned more into a chunky purée where you can taste the different ingredients .
The taste was awesome tho! If you’d like to remake
that will be your blend for a chunky greenish powerhouse deliciousness ❣️ Ingredients:
1 banana (half frozen)
300 spinach/kale (frozen)
1 bunch basil, fresh
2 tsp basil seeds, soaked in water
1 handful of cashews (soaked)
1 scoop coconut protein powder
water to blend

Toppings:
Crunchies, flax seeds, coconuts, edible flower.
I like to use @barnhousenaturprodukte crunchy muesli since it’s not only organic and yummy, but also grown, harvested and produced in a sustainable way. Their new range JOY is also with 30% less sugar, palm oil free. If you haven’t tried, I’d recommend the poppy seed- strawberry- lemon one for these summer days and chocolate crunchy for special treats.
