30 days doodles of doodles | day 14
My babyy
We’re half-way through 30 Days of Doodles and I can hardly believe it, it’s going so fast! It’s never too late to join in! Today’s prompt is: doodle a map of a fictional place.
Much love to everyone who has participated so far! Shoutout to @vero-vetka13 who melted my heart with this adorable interpretation of yesterday’s prompt, doodle something cute!
For each day, draw something featuring/inspired by the dog breed for that day.
If drawing isn’t your thing, you can use these prompts for whatever it is that you do! If you’d rather go at your own pace, do them out of order, or only do the ones you want, that’s fine too! There are no rules, just have fun!

I’ve been trying for about a year to start one of those 30 day drawing challenges. Biggest inhibitor? Day 1 on every single list variation is a self-portrait. A self portrait! Do you know how hard it is to draw a self-portrait? Fucking hard. I think, meh, maybe I can just do a blind contour, let’s see what’s next. Fav place, fav friend, fav TV show, yaaaawwwwnnn. Fav animated character? Isn’t that guyalready a drawing?
So I‘m making up a new list, with new rules.
1. The first day should be simple. Something generic that says, hey! This 30 day challenge is totally something you can fit into your crazy schedule! Feel accomplished! Do it again tomorrow!
2. Nothing on the list is particularly boring or simple to answer. You should have to google for ideas. A lot.
3. Different modern art styles are incorporated into the list, forcing you to expand the way you think about figures and framing.
4. That fucking self-portrait is LAST, after you’ve been thinking about art and your face for, oh, a whole month (give or take a few self-righteous days off).
So here goes nothing.
