Definitely! I like thinking of Aizawa, Shinsou, and Eri’s quirks as being roughly the same type, increasing in strength and versatility from oldest to youngest - though Eri’s quirk is yet to be fully explained
Aizawa: temporarily erases quirk and nothing else
Shinsou: can indefinitely erase quirk and free will (therefore quirk)
Eri: You Will Never Get Your Quirk Back and you’re also dead
